Invest Oakville website gets a refresh

The Town of Oakville is excited to announce the Invest Oakville website has been refreshed!

The website has been designed to be easier to navigate and accessible on any mobile device, including laptops, tablets and phones. While key elements of the website remain the same, including information and data about why Oakville is one of Canada’s best locations for investment, overall improvements include:
 

• a cleaner and more intuitive design to improve the overall customer experience
• simplified navigation and improved search tool to find information more easily
• easier to read, larger font, and stronger colour contrast for improved accessibility

Background

 

• The refresh of the Invest Oakville website follows the refresh of the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts and Oakville Transit websites in July and the Town of Oakville’s website redesign and rebuild, which was restarted in spring 2022, after the project was unexpectedly paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The town’s website was launched in March 2023 and continues to be improved based on feedback received.  
• The Invest Oakville website is the last Town of Oakville website undergoing a refresh.
• Through the Digital Oakville Plan, the town continues to invest in technology and is committed to enhancing and providing comprehensive online services, and streamlining processes to create consistent, predictable and customer-focused services for the community.
